Brief
Today
The bank issues Credit and Debit cards either centrally in batches or produces the !Debit cards on a desktop solution at certain branches. This means the client has to!come to the Bank for a manual service and wait for an available clerk. Alternatively !the card is being delivered by Courier, this option is commonly used for Credit cards.
Problem
It is quite time consuming to leave the office and go through traffic jams to come !to the Bank during it’s opening hours and then wait for your turn to meet with !a clerk. Sign the documents and wait while the card is being produced, that is if!the Bank has a desktop solution, if not the client has to come back again, to pick !it up when its ready. A lot of clients testify that even a Courier delivery is difficult since they feel trapped at one place and that sometimes the Courier doesn’t show !up on the agreed time.

The Kiosk is EMV approved and PCI and DSS compliant. It uses instaEMV for PIN codes on the spot, and it is supported by most card management!systems and card issuers.
